Duties:
Must be reliable and on time. Take phone calls and direct student and faculty questions to the proper resources. Sort the daily office mail. Occasionally make special deliveries of department materials to other locations on campus. Assist in daily running of Art office needs. Order office supplies when directed and make other calls and contacts when requested.

Duties:
In charge of the computer labs after hours use. Must be reliable and on time. Take phone calls and direct student and faculty questions to the proper resources. Be a self-starter and able to work alone. Responsible for over seeing the first floor computer labs in Visual Arts. Take care of paper jams and printer problems. Tech support is not a necessity but is a plus. Assist in other digital area needs when requested. Additional responsibilities are keeping area and labs clean.
Required skills:
Clear communication skills. Some computer background preferred but not necessary. Reliable and punctual.
