Duties:
Data entry, filing, mass mailings, run errands, photocopy, fax documents, open and distribute mail, prepare information packets for counselors, program preparation and participation, serve as a back-up tour guide, greet and assist visitors, answer telephones, retrieve and respond to messages from phone mail, and other duties as assigned. Attend mandatory trainings and work various Saturdays.
Required skills:
Enthusiastic and engaging personality. Demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to work with the public, clear speaker (clear enunciation), ability to give walking campus tours, typing and computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, understanding of office etiquette, quick learner, and easily adapts to evolving admissions cycle. Must be dedicated to assisting the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation in enrolling future Retrievers.
